Marketing Data Analyst

Yabimo - an international company for the needs of its projects is looking for: 
 
Marketing Data Analyst (Marketing Analytics and Optimization) 
We search Candidates for our international projects located in Poland/Kraków/
 
 Duties / responsibilities: 
 • Use various sources of data to glean insights into market trends, the competitive landscape, and company's product performance 
• Understand customer needs and optimize key OTA performance to increase market share 
• Work with Technology counterparts on translating market insights into new products and /or features to drive Air Shopping & Availability product strategy and roadmap
 
Requirements:
 
“Must have” skills: 
 • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
• Proficient in analytical methods & tools (e.g. SAS, R, Matlab) and experienced in data visualization (e.g. Tableau). 
• Strong data mining and data cleansing skills (SQL, Hive/Impala, scripting languages) 
Take ownership, with demonstrated drive for excellence and perseverance 
• Effective in cross-functional collaborations and external discussions with Sales, Airlines, Agencies, and etc. with willingness to market the product/capabilities 
• Excellent presentation skills to simplify complex product, technical and analytical insights to a business audience and vice versa 
 
 “Nice to have” skills: 
• Object-oriented programming, background in statistics 
• Ability to show examples of previous analytical / data visualization projects will be an asset
