Yabimo is an international company and for the needs of its projects the company is looking for:
Online Customer Performance Engineer
- Performance tuning, optimization and customization
- Operational monitoring of customer’s activity and issues management
- Improving failure rate by recommending and implementing specific shopping and availability parameters
- Discovering, identifying and root cause analysis for Low Fare Search performance for OTA’s.
- Supporting existing OTA’s with getting fastest and meaningful shopping responses.
- At least 3 years of managing projects in an outsourced environment or managing vendors.
- Demonstrates excellent technical awareness and understanding of the core technology in use, including bespoke applications in use and core systems management systems and tools.
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of business priorities and understands the business criticality of platforms and applications.
- Understanding of best practice in project delivery and service management, particularly in outsourcing situations.
- Proven ability to work in collaboration with external service vendors, building and developing effective service vendor relationships.
