Senior Oracle/Couchbase/Cassandra/NoSQL Administrator
We are looking for our international projects located in Poland.
• Under general directions, designs, implements and maintains complex databases with respect to access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods. Includes overall monitoring of standards and procedures, and integration of systems through database design. • Competent to work at the highest level of all phases of database management. • Database performance monitoring and tuning. • May create schema objects in consultation with application project teams necessary to implement database design. • Implement and maintain transaction logging, back-ups, space management and security features. • May take lead role on database projects. • Able to work in high pace environment. • Provide 24/7 on call support on a rotating basis of a high volume OLTP system.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience: Minimum 7 years of related experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience in the following: Couchbase Cassandra NoSQL Red Hat Linux Beneficial Ansible Oracle Environment Oracle 11g RAC RMAN backup, recovery and duplicate database Oracle Enterprise Manager Data Guard and/or GoldenGate replication
